Riken Instrumentation Ltd is located in a sprawling facility in Panchkula, Haryana, a satellite town of Chandigarh. To ensure greater reliability and accurate results the entire factory operates in a dust-free, controlled-temperature environment, while special care has been taken for the Calibration and Testing Labs.

Riken Instrumentation Ltd. is promoted by Haryana State Electronics Development Corp. (HARTRON) as per Promotional Agreement signed in April 1991 for manufacturing Test & Measuring Instruments for implementing the project in Assisted Sector.
